TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Payment is expected within 10 days of order.

2. Orders will be processed after payment is received in full.
3. Final prices include all taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
4. We reserve the right to make changes to product advertisements if they contain listing errors.
5. We accept returns and will provide a refund within 14 days of buying those items which were posted with incorrect information, damaged in shipment, or the wrong item was shipped, 1) ONLY if buyer contacts us through email and explains the problem, 2) ONLY if buyer provides photographic evidence of damage, 3) ONLY if returned in the original packaging, and 4) ONLY if buyer pays for all return shipping costs.

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. For delivery to international buyers via Austrian Post or DPD please allow 7-10 days after payment has been made.

2. For delivery to international buyers via courier please allow 6-8 days after payment has been made.
3. For delivery to domestic buyers via Austria Post please allow 5-7 days after payment has been made.
4. For delivery to domestic buyers via courier please allow between 5-7 days after payment has been made.
